I am a long distance runner and recently suffered with knee pain and lack of function. After an MRI it was determined that a piece of my lateral meniscus has broken off and lodged in the back of my ACL.
I had surgery on my knee early Thursday morning. Prior to going in I was encouraged by my MD to be sure to get a Rx filled for Percocet and to “stay on top of the pain.”
Immediately after surgery, Bonnie started me on a homeopathic remedy and I continued on this course for the rest of the day and the following 2 days. I never took the Percocet nor even Advil and I was entirely pain free. Not only was I pain free but I also did not have any side effects of grogginess, constipation, headache or nausea that can occur with pain pill. The swelling decreased dramatically and I was partial weight bearing by Saturday morning.

I started having insomnia problems when I was pregnant with my first son over 7 years ago. For the following 6 years, I rarely had even 7 hours of sleep and would often be up for 2-3 hours in the middle of the night. This only got worse after my second son was born. Recently, my son was bit by a spider while sleeping, after a few days the bite became infected and showed signs of blood poisoning.   The circle of redness around the bite was about 2 inches wide and about 4 inches long and had a red streak was running form the bite all the way up his arm.  My mother, who is a RN, was convinced that he needed to go to the emergency room or an urgent care facility.  Based on her knowledge and training the only thing that could heal this would be I.V. antibiotics.    I called Bonnie and she thought that she could probably heal it, so we went to her house.  After about 2 hours with Bonnie the red steak that was moving up his arm was receding and the circle of redness had gotten a lot lighter in color and was starting to shrink. We spent about 5 hours with Bonnie that day.  By the time we left the red streak was barley visible.  She sent home a remedy with us and gave us instructions on what to do over the next few days.  By 10 o’clock that night the bite broke open and drained out all of the poison over the next 4 days.  The bite now looks great!
